Meet with Bride & Groom to go over any details of the day that may have
already been put into place. Go over any arrangements the couple have
previously made with vendors, and update timeline accordingly. Go over/sign
contract if hired.



Confirm final details with vendors prior to wedding day. Make sure that all
vendors have my contact information.

Send vendors a copy of the final time line and make sure they have
directions to the ceremony and reception locations. At this time, payment
for my upcoming services will be due.

Discuss and confirm lineup for ceremony & Grand entrance



Work with wedding officiator to choreograph wedding ceremony.

Notify the wedding party as to where they need to be the following date,
and at what time, order etc.

Pick up any décor items from the bride & groom for ceremony site or



Coordinate any deliveries and set up

Make sure personal flowers i.e. bridal bouquet, bridesmaids, boutonnieres
arrive on time

Make sure photographer arrives on time and has a “must shoot” list

Greet Vendors and instruct them as to where top set up I.e. Wedding band,
florist, caterer, DJ etc..

Set up any decorations, centerpieces, guest book, etc…

Make sure DJ & Photographer stays on schedule until cake cutting.

Notify DJ of any Exit events such as bubbles, sparklers etc for when Bride
& Groom exit reception

Pack up gifts/cards misc. ceremony and reception items and have them ready
or assigned to a family member for when coordinator departs.

*Above is just an example, you the bride can make an agenda as you see your
day being followed through. My services are basically to be at your service
and make sure your special day is to be stress free, run smooth and worry

Please Note: A Coordinator will not re-negotiate any terms in
contracts with Vendors at this time or any time prior to, during, or after
the wedding. All agreements should be finalized by the Bride prior to the
Wedding day. Also, it is not the Wedding Coordinators responsibility to
clean up after any event.
